I believe as a marketer, you heard so much discussion about how to market to the millennials or the even younger generation like Generation Z. In the matter of advertising, it's all about sending a message, the question for us is what message, and how we deliver it. Florida International University and it's agency Dieste did a great job in this spot.

The reason that I love this spot is, just like many ads I shared in this blog before, so simple, powerful, and easy to understand. First of all, it is authentic, it shows two scenes that college students are really familiar with. It almost happens every day around the campus. On the other hand, in these two ads, they intentionally cover the scene. The audiences can only hear the voice. Therefore, most people would just focus on the content of the conversation but ignore the fact that the voice was not from just one person. In the end, audience feel fooled tricked, but that's exactly what the ad what you to feel. You could get AIDS or HIV unnoticed.
Sometimes the best way to get people's attention is a slap on his/her face.
